Very dry, herby Trappist ale with a bouquet of fresh hops. Brewed by Cistercian monks.

Blonde/Golden/Pale

Blanche de Bruxelles – 4.5%

A definitive Belgian witbier (white). Unfiltered and hazy, with hints of coriander and orange peel. Famous for its label.

Boon Duivelsbier Wild – 6.5%

Fermented with wild yeast from Lambic barrels. Contemporary, complex and full of tropical notes.

Brasserie Dupont Saison Dupont Dry Hopping – 6.5%

Hazy, carbonated Saison with a bitter, refreshing taste. The dry hopping adds a distinct aroma of exotic fruits.

Brugse Zot Blond – 6.0%

Brewed with four kinds of malt and two aromatic hop varieties which give the beer its unique fruity taste and rich froth.

Chimay 150 Blonde – 10.0%

Combines fruity, floral, spicy, and smoky elements. Intense yet refreshing!

Chimay Gold – 4.8%

Blond Trappist beer, spiced with coriander, with floral honey and citrus notes. Refreshingly light!

De la Senne Jambe de Bois – 8.0%

A powerful and full-bodied Tripel, known for its intense hop bitterness, complex malt flavour and scents of pear and ripe banana.

EN Stoemelings Jawa IPA – 6.5%

A smooth balance of malts and Pacific coast hops with fruity grapefruit, floral and herbal notes. A modern take on a classic IPA.

Kasteel Xtra – 4.5%

Top fermented with tasty malts and aromatic hops. Easygoing strength with Xtra taste!

Maredsous Blonde* – 6.0%

Sprightly fruitiness and soft malt with a dry finish. Very drinkable abbey ale from the Ardennes.

Martha Sexy Blond Tripel – 8.0%

High fermented Belgian Tripel. A sweet start leading to a dry finish, with notes of stone fruit, candied peel and clove.

Omer – 8.0%

Made using pure water and summer malted barley from the Loire. Three hop varieties give a fruity aroma but a spicy, dry finish.

Poperings Hommelbeir* – 7.5%

Intense bitter taste comes from the locally grown hops of West Flanders, with subtle citrus notes.

Rochefort Triple – 8.1%

Trappist-style blond ale, with sweet notes of marmalade balanced by a spicy, dry finish.

St Bernardus Tripel – 8.0%

A harmonious blend of sweet, fruity and spicy flavours with a delicate hop finish. Strong but extremely quaffable!

St Feuillien Blonde – 7.5%

Strong malty taste with stone fruit flavours. Hints of aromatic hops with a fresh, dry finish.

St Feuillien Grand Cru – 9.5%

Extra-blond, refermented in the bottle for an unforgettable character. Absence of spice leads to a cascade of hoppy aromas with hints of fruitiness.

St Feuillien Saison – 6.5%

Traditional farmhouse ale, top fermented and unfiltered with an unmistakable flavour and slight tang. A beer of the terroir!

Westmalle Extra – 4.8%

Top fermented table beer traditionally served to monks and their guests. Light in strength but full-bodied in taste. A real thirst-quencher!

Dark/Stout

Boon Duivelsbier Donker – 8.0%

Top fermented, luscious Strong Ale, with plenty of liquorice, raisin, and brown sugar notes.
