Bar Tender Serving our guests with beer & cider etc. Customer facing role.
Meet & Greet Welcoming customers, checking of tickets, selling tokens, directing guests, handing out glasses, running the games stand, CAMRA Products, Membership & Recruitment stand etc. Customer facing role.
Beer Management Preparing the stillage, stocking and cooling to ensure a consistent high quality of beer is ready for our customers. Nominated Bar Managers and the Cellar Team should register here.
Administration Assisting in Staffing Office, Finance Office etc. Behind the scenes.
Driving Our hired festival van. Behind the scenes.
Stewarding Supplementing our Professional Security Team under their direction. Customer facing role.
Ad Hoc General duties including handing out leaflets off site, Glass Washing, Keeping our site clean and tidy, etc. Behind the scenes.

Confirmation

After submitting this form you will be emailed two documents to read. The first is the Health & Safety Handbook for Beer Festival Volunteers and the second is the Volunteers' Charter. Both documents must be read prior to arriving on site for your volunteer sessions.
