Spirit of Co-operation

An essential part of staging a successful festival is ensuring all duties are covered all the time. Having a large number of volunteers is great, but if we are all crowded behind one bar while there is a staffing shortage somewhere else in the festival, this can cause real problems. So, in the event of operational necessity, please understand that we may from time to time need to ask you to assist in duties that were not your initial choice of role. If this happens, we promise to ensure you have the right training and support. We do, of course, understand that some people have physical limitations and the Staffing team will always be on hand to discuss any concerns.
