St Albans Beer & Cider Festival runs from 25th-28th September, and is open each day from midday until 11pm.

Ready to plan your visit? Here's how it works.

Book a ticket package online

Booking a ticket package online is the best value way to enjoy our Festival experience. All our packages represent a discount on the equivalent door price, and most of them also include your glass deposit and a £10 beer/cider token card to get you started.

We have extra value packages for arrival before 4pm, as well as all-day packages which allow you to turn up any time you like. Once you've arrived at the venue and booked in, you can request a pass-out wristband to leave and return later the same day.

Discounted ticket packages for CAMRA members are available*. And Festival season passes are also available for people who want to visit on multiple occasions.

Not only do you save money by booking online, but you get priority entry if the Festival is busy.

So what are you waiting for? Order your tickets now to reserve your place!

* CAMRA discount available on all-day packages and season passes. A valid membership card must be produced on arrival if you purchase one of these.

Pay on the door

If you prefer, you can still pay on the door, by visiting the Alban Arena box office during Festival opening hours (subject to venue capacity). Because we have to pay commission to the venue on these ticket sales, admission is more expensive than if you book online, and you will also need to purchase your glass and tokens separately once inside the Festival. The box office accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards.
